This review is based on their service and not their food. I ordered the BBQ Chicken and the person who took the order prepared a BBQ Beef order for me. I let her know I said chicken and she said “Give me a moment, we will remake that order for you”. Less than a minute goes by and she comes back with my order. I come home and I see that they didn’t replate my order, but instead just swapped the meats out! This is HIGHLY insane. I’ve never had beef in my life due to my faith and now I’m finding bits and pieces of beef in my food. Zero star service!!!!

Sooooo i will start with the positives, because I really do like the bbq beef and bbq chicken. the steamed vegetables are awesome, and the white rice is good too.

I cannot stand the mac salad, so I normally order my meal with 2 scoops rice, and 2 steamed veggies, with no mac salad. Yummy right?
It is great, until I get all the way home, and they gave me 2 scoops of mac salad, and no veggies!!! EWWWW!!!

So I call the store, multiple times, no answer. They must be busy right? So I go on the website and tell them my issue, I wasn't looking for much, maybe just a voucher for the veggies that I had ordered and never received? NOPE. I never did get a response about it at all in over a week, no sorry, no nothing. Just take what ya got. How hard is it to scoop the correct order onto the plate??

Very lacking in customer service. Wanted more, got what I got.
Today I went to go eat somewhere else for lunch. The End

The food was so amazing. Taste and texture were absolutely delicious ?I have frequented many Hawaiian BBQs but I must say this will be my last in the Sacramento area because this is the best by far!
