Ono Hawaiian BBQ

Food is not very good. The meat is tough. The mac only really tastes like mayo. I got a single piece of broccoli in my “vegetables” which was just large chunks of cabbage that is traditionally used in other places to soak up the grease and is not really considered a side to a plate. Food is disappointing especially since there is a better Hawaiian bbq called JJ’s across the street.

The workers name was something with a A looking I asked for her name and she said i don’t need to was very rude and gave a bunch of attitude. Started saying I’m in the wrong for her clearly not understanding the order and when I came to do the window she said that’s why I repeat the order back to you this was after I kindly asked her to repeat the order. Also took forever to get our food not very welcoming also. She ignored us when we tried to knock to ask how long the food is going to take and made eye contact with me I belive it was like aria she was working in the closing shift on July 7

Every time i come here the customer service is not very good and they seem to drag their feet while sitting and talking while customers wait for their food waited over 10 minutes for a side of rice and macaroni salad seems a little ridiculous not the first or second time MANAGEMENT DO SOMETHING. I enjoy the food and the brand but this location is lacking severally thus dragging the brand name down with it

I love this place, but I tried their fish for the first time yesterday and no, it's nasty. I'll stick to the hawaiian barbecue.

The food it's good. The location it's terrible, very dangerous, and almost no parking. The staff it's not friendly and the chairs are filthy, especially the ones with cloth like upholstery. Very nasty.

I don’t typically go for fast food, but I’m so glad I stopped at Ono Hawaiian! I ordered the grilled chicken teriyaki, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. The flavor was fantastic—perfectly grilled, tender, and loaded with that sweet, savory teriyaki sauce.

The portions were generous and satisfying, and every bite was delicious. On top of that, the service was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

If you're looking for something quick that doesn’t compromise on quality or taste, this place is a winner. I’ll definitely be back!

There’s no other BBQ I’d recommend. Hawaiian BBQ hits different. Warms my heart on every bite. Thank you Ono for the great memories growing up. It’s a 10! ✨

Every time I come in the food is delicious. The treatment from the staff and the cleanliness is on point. This is one of the reasons I continue to go back is everybody and everything is perfect there.
