DO NOT DO PICK UP ORDERS HERE— Let’s start with them giving you crappy vegetable filled portions but when they neglect to give you one of your servings you paid for, they lie and say there’s no manager or supervisor there to make it right or “give authorization” to fulfill the mistake. When called to inform you’ll be by later to pick up the missing portion they’ll ignore the phones, have the employee with broken English to answer it after several missed calls, rudely interrupt you, and neglect to leave a message for the manager or following shift. Food is too expensive to be treated like hard earned money isn’t hard earned in this damn economy. On top of all this they’ll lie for their pick up orders and sent the notification that your order is ready WAY too early then makes you wait. Would rather go to the better one on Sunrise, this place has enough chances. Will not be back, if I could give 0 stars I would

Stopped by this Panda on Saturday, August 2nd, around 7pm. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, with only 3 folks taking orders, preparing plates, cooking food, etc. The staff there did an absolutely amazing job despite a rush of customers and the personnel issues. Friendly, clear communication, and didn't sacrifice quality or service at all. Food was also great.

Of all the Panda Express, this is the only one that puts the least amount of food on your plate. You order meat, they put 20% meat and 80% broccoli. And so with all the products in this document. It's like they're stealing products. I personally saw how many times people were unhappy in the store. I won't come back here again. I'm disappointed in this location.

Awful . Arrived an hr before closing and the chow mein was dried up and the broccoli was raw and they forgot an item i paid for to go. I tried to call but they wouldn't answer the phone so i lost money . Just a bunch of kids playing around instead of working. Im never going back ever

This review is intended for the Panda Express on Marconi, no Madison!!!

What I like best about this Panda Express is that they still serve Eggplant & Tofu. I am not aware of any other Panda that does, and it's my favorite entree.
