I had a disappointing experience at this location. While the cashier (who I believe was Mexican) was friendly and helpful, the food service was subpar. I ordered a larger plate, which is advertised as coming with three items. When I requested my third item, the Asian woman serving the food told me it wasn't included. This was confusing, as the larger plate does include three items. She then gave me a look before begrudgingly giving me the item. Additionally, the portions were smaller than I'm used to. I received only one piece of teriyaki chicken, whereas most other places provide two. This is the second location in North Sacramento where I've had a negative experience. On top of the food service issues, the cashier used some of my rewards points on the app without my permission. I was saving those points for a future reward. Due to the poor customer service and smaller portions, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Went to get some late lunch, got 2 plates great portion and was very fresh just out! the food service was amazing and cashier has great customer service and very kind!
Terrible customer service, I stood at the counter, the server walked away, when she came back she refused to serve me "I'm on the register." and my food was cold due to the wait
