Bad customer service. They had a new flavor there I asked if I could try it small sample to see if it was really hot and she said no. I think it’s a he only panda that doesn’t allow that.
Food was great and the place was clean, but there was only one server and one cook, so it took a while. They were low on sauces and missing some entrees. The lady helping everyone was really nice—I felt bad she had to do it all alone!

We came from WSB Conference, long line to outside, all of us waited & eventually served. All employees here more than deserve bonus! Very focused on their job, oviously overwhelmed by overflow hungry crowd but staff remained pleasant, serving & filling online & counter orders. One even cooking, refilling food trays and serving us! I never saw anyone complain bec staff were super servers! Franchise owner, please, please value these people & share them some profits. After all they work very hard to keep you in business.

I ordered the bigger plate and a side bowl of walnut shrimp. Got the plate, but beside never came with it. And when I tried to call the restaurant, I could not get anybody to answer the phone I guess I'll just eat that nine dollars.I paid extra

The afternoon manager is rude, she answered and fought with me for ordering a well-served dish, she answered rudely and threw away my food.

The food has an overall concentration of salt that is almost unbearable. The chow mein has changed and it is not as good as it used to be. It tastes like plain spaghetti!

Yese is the most motivated and embodies the “get things done” attitude any organization would require to become successful. I have always been a fan of Panda Express and have seen MANY different associates represent and work for this company, but nothing like Yese. PROMOTE AHEAD OF PEERS.

I placed an order with Panda Express and it went to the wrong location. I tried calling the location that had my order and they refused to pick up the phone. They actually hung up on me. I went to the location that order was supposed to go to and they were very rude and said they can’t help and to leave. I’m never ordering Panda Express ever again. They could care less about customer service.

Waited 10 minutes just to order a large drink. Got to the fountain and the tea wasnt even brewed. Went to tell them that that was all I wanted as I don't drink soda, and they didn't offer a refund. They said I can choose one of their canned sodas or water instead.... Then after I explained I don't want that, they told me they could brew the tea but it'd be awhile.If you have the tea, why wasn't it brewed to begin with? Some of us are coming in on our break and don't have time for you to fix the issue after already waiting to order.

Horrible experience, it was a Sunday evening not food ready or available cause they said if was not too busy at the moment we arrived. It’s a big shopping center and not able to supply or serve food is a big mistake. We were 6 people visiting this location for the first time. I can’t believe what they told us. We definitely never coming back to this location. Hopefully someone change the way they run this location cause is a bad reputation for this kind of issues. I’m sorry is bothered to the owner or manager but I have to share my experience. We just walked out the door without getting any sorry from the people who were working there.
