I’ve been going here since they opened. They have the best green chicken enchiladas & cucumber margaritas.
Wait times could be long especially on the weekends , seems like they were a bit short staffed last time I was here and we waited for a birthday dessert for over 40 minutes. Our server Ricardo was very passive aggressive & he served us warm water. When we asked for ice in our cups he left and came back with our food, still no ice lol . Ricardo at Polanco Mexican Cantina was absolutely amazing! We’ve only been here a couple of times before, but he remembered us and even called us by our first names. That kind of personal attention really stands out.
His customer service was outstanding, and he made the whole atmosphere feel friendly and welcoming. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he serves, and that makes a huge difference.
