I received excellent service from the lady who works at this Panda Express this evening before my Sacramento Kings game. She is very attentive and willing to provide exceptional service. The food is of good quality compared to any fast-food Chinese restaurant. The dining room is comfortable and clean. I enjoy a good meal before my game.
Food was great and the place was clean, but there was only one server and one cook, so it took a while. They were low on sauces and missing some entrees. The lady helping everyone was really nice—I felt bad she had to do it all alone!
We came from WSB Conference, long line to outside, all of us waited & eventually served. All employees here more than deserve bonus! Very focused on their job, oviously overwhelmed by overflow hungry crowd but staff remained pleasant, serving & filling online & counter orders. One even cooking, refilling food trays and serving us! I never saw anyone complain bec staff were super servers! Franchise owner, please, please value these people & share them some profits....
