One of my daily Peets spots. The staff are friendly and always make the best drinks. The inside is clean but the outside seating needs improvement as I’m not sure if it’s homeless that are there everyday but the tables and chairs are dirty so no point in sitting outside.

The food and drink are exactly what you’d expect. One minor thing: I don’t think this one has a good layout, it's awkward to work at this Peet’s and I never want to stay long as it feels quite constricted. Updated from previous review on 2025-07-08

We order from here all the time and have visited a few times. Everything is always amazing. Last time we ordered a member of staff put the most amazing sticker masterpiece on the outside of our bag. Rainbow hearts, sunflowers, and a butterfly in the middle. It made my day! It lives on my emotional support water bottle now as an example that a small act of kindness can change the vibe and that doing those acts creates beautiful ripples of joy that spread further than you think...
