This Peet’s location is one of the worst ones I’ve been to. The lady who worked there had no knowledge about coffee nor customer service. I NEVER leave a review because I’m always too lazy to leave a review but this place is honestly very disappointing enough to make me leave one lol Coffee tasted very off, and lady who worked there was rude. Not to mention that coffee station doesn’t even look clean. They charged extra for syrup twice, id rather go to starjunks where they give more for free if youre not satisfied. dont go here

This Peets location is actually ran by Raleys. They do not accept Peets gift cards. Even Starjunks that are inside Target's accept their gift cards. I expect more from Peets.

I love Peet’s Coffee, but I’m a little disappointed about this location. It is inside the Rally’s - so maybe that’s the issue. Service was below normal Peet’s service. The menu is limited and on this visit, my order was wrong.
Been going to Peets in Placerville for months now, spot on coffee...go to this one, order the same thing as always, not even close to the right coffee. Had him remake it, still awful, ended up drinking hotel coffee instead ??

The employees are very friendly and quick BUT this is not an official Peet's - they don't accept check-ins, or rewards, or points (unlike in-store Starbucks that do take the app).Update: just tasted the green tea latte - it's just tea with milk - where's the foam??
