The croutons and olives on my salad were so Fire ?and French fries tasted better than McDonald’s. We couldn’t stay for Ice cream this time, hopefully Mom and Dad will buy me some next time ?

Yesterday came in got sat down fast. Waitres was nice & friendly.. she just need to learn how to Communicate the up charges on items.She Brought us out 2 platesThe bottom one was still dirty. She claims she got it from the back where the clean dishes was. Then our chicken was under cooked. Has blood in it. She only gave me 15% off my bill which was $1.50 ask for A manager she claim no one was available... this used to be my favorite restaurant... now I don't know

I called in an order and when I went to pick it up I let the cashier know that my salad did not look correct as there was onion strings on top when they were supposed to be on the side. I went home and realized there was no almonds, no radishes and the bare minimum of blue cheese. My steak was supposed to be medium well and was medium. At first I was going to let it go but had been bothering me all night that I just paid $20 for a bunch of salad, a little bit of steak and some blue cheese. When I called and spoke to the manager Ronnie she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She told me to get these kind of phone calls all the time and that people try to basically get over on them. I feel like that was a slap in the face as a customer and when I expressed how I felt she continued with her unprofessional behavior. I let her know that I could hear the conversation that she had with the staff about me calling and she said if she went to meet me she would have and she had nothing to hide about what she had to say. The overall unprofessionalism of the staff when I went to pick up and the manager I'm in shock with this business is still open. When I used to bartender in the I used to frequent this place a lot and am astonished at how it's ran now. Definitely left a bad taste of my mouth and definitely will be sharing my thoughts with friends and family in the area.
