Place is always packed with customers. You would have to wait, sometimes 20 minutes. On weekdays for a table and on weekends, 30 minutes. They do have dine in and takeout, but they dont have a phone number to call in for takeout. You would have to go there within my experience. Was referred to this place after asking multiple locals "Where is the absolute Best Place to get pho in Sacramento?" I knew it was going to be good but damn, I cannot go anywhere else for pho after this meal.Its located in a strip mall and they have limited hours for breakfast and lunch.
