Writing this review as I eat because I couldn’t wait! I don’t usually leave reviews, but Pho Bac Hoa Viet absolutely deserves one. I work at a restaurant myself and don’t get off until 9:30pm, so I really appreciated that they’re open until 11pm—and still busy even an hour before closing, which says a lot.
I ordered the meatball pho for takeout, and I was seriously impressed. Maybe I don’t order takeout often, but the presentation and care they put into it felt next level. Instead of the usual styrofoam container, they packaged everything in a sturdy plastic bowl, so you actually have something convenient to eat out of. On top of that, they were super generous with the condiments.

This has been my go to pho spot for about 5 years now and they never let me down. The pho broth is always delicious and the portions are great. We also got the chargrilled pork vermicelli bowl today and it was so fresh and tasty. I've always felt welcomed and never rushed by the staff.

Literally been eating here my whole life, 15+ years. I personally love the food here, and their Salted Fish Chicken Fried Rice is amazing. Pho is great in my opinion, though my Vietnamese friends say otherwise.
