Best Valentine's day dinner ever. The beef pho was amazing. The chicken fried rice my wife had, was outstanding. The fresh spring rolls were absolutely breath taking. Food service was excellent. Thank you Tony for being our sever tonight.
I was craving bò né (Vietnamese steak and eggs) one morning while I was waiting for my car to get serviced down the street from this place. There's a few places I know on Stockton Blvd that has it but I wanted to see how good it was here at Phở cô ba. I've been here a couple of times now and the food hasn't disappointed.
