Found our favorite new restaurant in Sacramento at Pho Co Ba Saigon. The two of us usually order the family dinner comprised of Vietnamese sour soup with catfish, caramelized catfish in claypot and a stir fried vegggies with chicken. The food is authentic and tasty and the service is consistently good. I would describe the atmosphere as “comfortable”, typical of other restaurant. Overall, a 5 out of 5.We make the 35 miles drive to this restaurant about once every two weeks. Stop by. You won’t be disappointed.

Food is great. Atmosphere is casual and upbeat. Service is super friendly. Our server Tony was awesome. This is the only pho place that opens past 8 nearby, so it's really nice.

Best pho in Sacramento. Also...giant portions. Tony was our server and he was super friendly and on it. Can't wait to come back again soon. My boyfriend and I both agreed this is our new go to pho spot.

Best Valentine's day dinner ever. The beef pho was amazing. The chicken fried rice my wife had, was outstanding. The fresh spring rolls were absolutely breath taking. Food service was excellent. Thank you Tony for being our sever tonight.

I was craving bò né (Vietnamese steak and eggs) one morning while I was waiting for my car to get serviced down the street from this place. There's a few places I know on Stockton Blvd that has it but I wanted to see how good it was here at Phở cô ba. I've been here a couple of times now and the food hasn't disappointed. It's nothing fancy, which I like... no fuss. But it's clean and inviting. The person serving us was super friendly and kept making sure we were doing okay but not to the extent of being annoying. For this particular visit my boyfriend had bún thịt bò xào xã which was really tasty and the veggies were fresh. At one point he spilled his fish sauce vinaigrette and the server came by to clean it up and even made sure it didn't get on my boyfriend's hands or anything which totally added to the already good service. My bò né came out with a freshly toasted Vietnamese baguette, small salad, and a sizzling platter full of savory goodness. It comes with a meatball, pate, steak and a sunny side up egg with a perfect runny yolk. The sauce on it was so delicious and perfect to dip my bread in. I'm totally looking forward to going back again.

The establishment has a new owner. The service is good. I can not give a full review on the food. I will say that what I had ordered is good. I always start with Pho and then rice plate. The pho is rich, and on the sour side, it has the perfect meat portion. As for the noodle, it's up to each customer. If you love noodles more than meat, then you'll have to ask for extra noodles. The pho sizes are standard, I'd go with a medium with extra noodles. The large is a bit of a challenge because there's too much broth. As for the rice plate, I had the bone in pork chop with rice. It was on point, I also had the privilege of ordering deep-fried calamari, which is on point. Don't mistake it for hot stir fry calamari. Will be looking forward to my next visit.Word of advice. If it's not too much, it would be nice to have pictures of the food in the menu. I wouldn't go as far as printing it onto the menu, but a wall of picture should do the job.

After watching one of the Vietnam episodes from No Reservations with Anthony Bourdain, I wanted to try Banh Canh Cua. It was #86 on the menu here. When it arrived it looked very good, and it turned out to be very tasty. I am not sure of all the ingredients, it definitely had shrimp, pork with bones, quail eggs, thick noodles, fish cakes, green onions and some sort of meatballs. I added some bean sprouts and the leaves (mint?) that were provided with some hot oil. The service was very good, the waiter was surprised that I ordered this dish, and he has some recommendations for next time, #42.

Super clean and the waiter was always refilling my water and asking if we're okay. I love the window seats and lighting. Pho broth was delicious! My son and I ordered a medium pho combination and couldn't even finish half. Will be returning!
