Pho Co Ba Saigon is a gem for pho enthusiasts. The rich, aromatic broth is a highlight, infused with layers of flavors from spices and herbs. The generous portions of tender chicken, along with fresh herbs and bean sprouts, create a satisfying bowl. The ambiance is cozy and authentic, adding to the overall dining experience. Our server Tony was amazing. He was very tentative, offered his recommendations and gave us a special ginger sauce too!

Found our favorite new restaurant in Sacramento at Pho Co Ba Saigon. The two of us usually order the family dinner comprised of Vietnamese sour soup with catfish, caramelized catfish in claypot and a stir fried vegggies with chicken. The food is authentic and tasty and the service is consistently good. I would describe the atmosphere as “comfortable”, typical of other restaurant. Overall, a 5 out of 5.We make the 35 miles drive to this restaurant about once every two weeks....
