I loved going here, until I found a piece of hair in my pho. I told them and didnt get any refund of any sort. I now have a new fear of eating pho at restaurants. 😭

I just ate of bowl of the steak Pho and I’m already dreaming about having more. Very flavorful. Yummy sauces and oils. Steak was delicious and super thin! Yum!

Found a new local favorite pho place! This place is tucked away in a plaza but totally worth the find.

The pho broth is on point, but they have a secret sauce that is mind slowly delicious!

Would come back and be a regular here!

Kinda feeling blah with all the rain. Last night went to pho momma. It's meh compared to Pho Viet Anh. I'm only comparing them together because they are a block apart.

First, Pho Momma seems to plop a blob of cold noodles in a bowl, and soup base and the the protein. With rare steak, the soup is barely hot enough to cook it. The soup base is just ok. The staff there are friendly enough, but rushed and terse.

With Pho Viet Anh - the soup base has much more depth of flavor. It's so much better. The rare steak cooks much better as the soup is actually hot. The noodles arent all glue together. The staff are efficient, but not rushed and are very friendly.

We won't be returning to pho momma and this is now our favorite local spot. So, skip the line and come here.

Had a beef Bahn Mi sandwich. It was definitely smackin. Also had their spring rolls, and fries; which were ok. The rest of our group had Pho, the one I tried was alright. Staff was moderate, clean environment. Just make sure you don’t flush toilet paper down their toilets.

Gave this place 3 tries.

1st time: great broth a little heavy star anise tasting but still great, plenty of steak, brisket was a good portion.

2nd time: broth was bland and no flavor. Seems like it was made using pho powder but they didn’t have enough powder. Steak was 5 pieces and 3 piece of brisket.

3rd time: broth taste like second time, no flavor and didn’t taste of anything got 4 pieces of steak and three pieces of brisket.

I don’t know if this is considered a fusion place but the pho just isn’t hitting right. I don’t like leaving negative reviews and wanted this to be my local spot but unfortunately I can’t.

Here’s the breakdown of the pho:
Size of bowl is ok but the meat portions are a little on the skimpy side. The broth is inconsistent with two of the three being bland. At the cost of 17 bucks for a large you would expect the portions of meat to noodles to be somewhat balanced.

I gave them two stars because it’s opened late. I would probably only go now if there is no other places open and i am coming back from a party late night. Other than that the search still continues.

My God, it smelled so bad in here that I tried to finish my food faster than usual so I could leave. The tablecloth had been washed a year ago, that's how dirty it was. The food was completely tasteless. I wanna add pictures, but for some reason I was unable to do so.

This was exactly what I was looking for. We moved to the Sacramento area over a year ago and have been trying different pho spots but had not settled on a favorite and this is now it. We went on a rainy Sunday night and this hit every single spot. The pho was amazing, rich flavorful broth and melt in your mouth steak. My roommate got the vermicelli bowl and was also very happy with his food. I love when limes are a part of the veggie plate as some spots seem to be using lemons instead. Staff was very friendly and attentive and the overall vibe of the restaurant was great. Highly recommend.

Average food. I'm my opinion a little overpriced for what you get but most things are these days
