Walked in here by chance and now it has become our go to place. I love their tart frozen yogurts and am absolutely in love with their spiced autumn cider (it reminds me of a spiced apple yogurt I used to get in my lunches as a kid). I always wish I had a little more frozen yogurt in my cup since I don't care for their toppings usually. I must come at a weird time when they're super low on fruit or out of it and I don't care for any of the candies. Staff are super friendly and it seems like they enjoy their job here which makes me feel good about supporting this franchise!

Pinkberry is so good, one of favorite frozen yogurt places to go to. The toppings they offer are great, the employees are friendly and really fast. They have inside and outside seating, the inside is very cute and relaxing.

This 5 Star review is not for the store itself....its for MONICA!! I don't normally come to this location because of past experiences with containers not being properly closed (contents falling out of the containers and into the bag. Can you imagine, boba and boba juice at the bottom of your bag? This occurred less than a month from today's visit.). Less than friendly associates, and associates with super long nails and no gloves prepping and handling my yogurt.I stopped by Howe Bout Arden today because I was headed home and I wanted a container of Pinkberry and didn't want to go down to Fair Oaks Boulevard. I'm glad I stopped here today. I met MONICA!! They didn't have the White Peach flavored yogurt that I went in for AND they didn't have the chopped almond topping either. But they had MONICA!!! She was so pleasant, attentive and down to earth. She made the experience absolutely wonderful and I appreciate her greatly! MONICA was the only reason I made a purchase, rather than leaving without purchasing, when I discovered they weren't serving White Peach yogurt. Thank you again MONICA!!!!
First time at a Pinkberry. I didn't like the fact I wasn't able to put my own yogurt or toppings on. It was pretty pricey too! When my daughter started eating her yogurt. She noticed there wasn't a lot of yogurt in her cup. There was a huge space in the middle. She was pretty disappointed. They had lots of seating inside, some seating outside. The employee that was working was very nice. The store itself was clean.

First time visiting this Pinkberry location last week. Staff were friendly and there was no line on a hot June day. The inside was clean and indoor seating available if you want to sit and eat. Love the variety of toppings and options! Will definitely revisit if in the area and recommend others to check it out as well if you're craving some frozen yogurt.

I love Pinkberry! I've been to this location multiple times. The service is always very good. I always order original with mochi and strawberries. Join their rewards program! After earning 10 points, you can get a free small cup. Also, you can get a free cup for your birthday, which is an awesome treat!

Sad that we can't fill our own bowls with the portions that we want (not sure if they've always been this way or just post-covid), but understandable if it's the latter reason. The pomegranate ans original yogurts taste almost the exact same, can barely taste the pom. The yogurts are also a little too sweet, which takes away from how theyre supposed to be a healthy alternative. Should make a low sugar one for people who don't need so much sugar in them. Would also be easier to eat with smaller fruit pieces since the big ones kept falling off when trying to dig into it and eat the top portion.
