I have wanted to try this place for years. Can't help but to notice it with the unique architecture. Located on the corner of Folsom and Bradshaw a local treasure. Decisions decisions.... decided for it being my first time to try the signature pita of course. Rice bowl and waffle fries (loaded) looked good too! I ordered the chicken pita. They have white or wheat pitas, and even vegan options on the menu. Veggies were all very fresh. I thoroughly enjoyed my pita. The staff was all very friendly, and the lady packing my pita gave menu recommendations, too. I will be back. Don't be like me and just drive past for years. Stop in and have a bite. The outside/shopping center looks a bit run down as garbage all out especially near the liquor store. But Pita Q was very clean and fresh ingredients inside. Also have a very cute outdoor seating area with patio cover and plants to add to a nice ambience on a nice day. Updated menu photos attached as of 4/16/2024.

This was my first time visiting here. A co-worker suggested it to me since I didn't bring my lunch. Wow! This place did not disappoint! I tried their cross cross fries. Holy cow! Amazing. Highly recommend! The chicken pita was yummy, too. Will definitely go again. I like how you can make your own custom pita or bowl. Will try that next time. Friendly staff. Very warm inside though. Almost uncomfortably warm. There is an outdoor eating area too.

This is my favorite restaurant. The food is so good and service is great. I love getting the feta fries with their spicy sauce. The restaurant is clean and I love their yard seating it's full of plants.

For an informal lunch or pick up dinner kind of place, five stars for sure. If you don't love their chicken bowl with basmati rice, you just might be an alien or something... : )

Was given a side of grilled vegetables. There are 3 pieces & some onion bits at the bottom. It came to $2.75 & when I asked for a bit more than those 3 pieces, the cashier pointed to the tip jar & suggested that I tip....The pita was good but I won't be back. I won't bring my clients or my family any longer.Shame on you guys!!!!!Wanting a tip to get the order right ??

WHY WE WENT HERE: - brunch - SO's sister is a regular here; she wanted to bring me to her go-to Mediterranean spot (she's a Chipotle fanatic and loves that this place has the same model for your order) THE LOOK (FROM THE OUTSIDE): - located in a plaza off the corner of Folsom Blvd and Bradshaw Rd THE LOOK (FROM THE INSIDE): - clean, bright, small - as stated above, it gives me Chipotle/Subway sandwich vibes in terms of how you order THE MENU: - pita - rice bowls - salads - don't let your pita's be lonely - beverages - desserts WHAT WE ORDERED: - veggie pita - falafel pita - baklava THE TASTE: - veggie pita - SO's sister regularly gets this item so she wasn't disappointed - falafel pita - I was pleasantly surprised; tasty and filling but not bloating - baklava - I'm still not sure if I'm actually a fan of baklava; this one was definitely very heavy on the honey CUSTOMER SERVICE: - fast service

Really large portions which is nice, but seasoning is missing. The falafel has been burnt and not very flavorful outside of the burnt taste most times I ordered it. Tahini doesn't taste like tahini, in my opinion it has the flavor/ consistency of watered down mayonnaise. I appreciate what they are trying to do but the execution is off. I love falafel though. I wish I didn't feel compelled to write this after my last order, however the issues I've had have happened the last 3 times I ordered.

I don't know when those photos were last taken, but the whole store looked disgusting and unclean. Especially the soda machine. The food was falling apart and had zero flavor. The meat was also cold in some parts.

On a Saturday, while out running errands with my husband, we got hungry around lunchtime and wanted something quick and easy to eat. We were over by Pita Q and it had been years since I had been there. Think of them like the Chipotle of gyros and Mediterranean food. We each ordered a gyro, and were thrilled with how quickly it was prepared. For the price, the portion is massive! We also decided to share an order of falafel on the side. The falafel lacked any real flavor or seasoning, which was a little bit of a letdown. But when you're in a pinch, if you find yourself in the area, looking for a decent lunch, give Pita Q a try.

Clean restaurant, nice servers, but the food was a bit disappointing. We ordered a chicken pita, steak pita, and a steak rice bowl. The meats were fine but I’ve had tastier in other spots. The rice bowl was probably the best of the three. I had the steak pita, I was surprised to find that it was mostly rice and lettuce, not much meat. I did like that they included Kalamata olives, which provided most of the flavor

Haven't been to this place for about three years. Stopped by this morning at 11:30. Got my usual but my usual is no longer great. They don't use lavash anymore, it was replaced tortillas. Which are not tasty. Also. The gyro meat was cold, bet they used last night refrigerated meat.My husband's steak was also cold and hard. Not coming back here, and do not recommend it to Anyone.
