I’ve been buying pizza here almost monthly for the last couple of years and I’ve never had an issue worth making a complaint about. Tonight, my partner‘s pizza was not cooked properly. One slice was eaten from it and we brought it back to get it taken care of. They stated that they felt it was cooked properly and they couldn’t refund it. I understand they feel like they did it right, but it was doughy, not cooked all the way. I was not interested in having it remade, I just wanted my refund. But apparently their feelings are more important than our experience. I will not be back.

DISAPPOINTED AND ABSOLUTELY FRUSTRATED! My family and I have been ordering from this place for years now! We love their pizza. Today I ordered two large pizzas and discovered a piece of metal in one of the slices while chewing. This could’ve been fatal given the pointy end. Not to forget, we have a toddler that was also given a slice to eat. Thankfully no one was hurt but we ended up throwing the remaining two boxes away for health and safety reasons. A complete waste of money. WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!

My wife and I didn't enjoy the pizza at all. The crust wasn't good and the sauce was sweet. I also ordered a salad that was just okay. There are a lot of pizza shops near my house, so I don't feel the need to return to this one.

A Hawaiian pizza I ordered had rottening slices of ham after few hours of leaving it out. The cheese also tastes weirdly expired or rotten itself. I usually get the same amount of low effort put into these pizzas each time of ordering them.
