Outstanding Dim Sum lunch. The family and I chose this place from previous reviews and it did not disappoint! The restaurant is open and clean with plenty of other patrons. Our server was so friendly! And unlike other restaurants recently visited, they offered any dish we requested in Dim Sum sizes for us to enjoy. My family and I have been coming here for years. They are wonderful and the food and service are always the best! I don't live as close as I used to but travel from North Laguna to eat there now. You can ask my kids what they want, and they won't say Panda Express or anything else they will say "Happy Garden". I'll ask if they want the one in Elk Grove or Sacramento.
