I’ve never ate such trash pizza! Even with extra cheese you will never find cheese on it. I ordered bbqchiken pizza and is was simply garbage. How are you living here with this junk food! I feel badly for americans

Disappointing - Ordered takeout for dinner with friends from abroad wanting to have an American pizza experience. The store seemed pretty clean and the employee that greeted us and took the payment was friendly and professional. We ordered the Ultimate Hut Bundle, which included two pizzas (meat lovers and a pesto margherita, (cheese) sticks, boneless wings. We also got an additional large pizza. Unfortunately, all three pizzas barely had a hint of sauce. They were so dry and the one thin crust pizza even started curling. Luckily the meat helped the meat lovers pizza not be as dry. The cheese sticks were delicious, but didn’t have a taste of garlic. I doubt we’ll order from here again.

This is definitely my favorite pizza place in Sacramento, and I have tried all of them. I only order from the app or in person cause when you call, the person who answers isn’t even at the shop. But with the app I’ve gotten good deals, so I’m not complaining. The only bad thing is that when you order delivery, it is delivered by doordash, which means a $6.99 delivery fee, you can’t use any of the discounts from the app, cause doordash considers it only partially paid and won’t deliver it (and typical to doordash, they don’t tell you. They say it is on its way, but it isn’t.), and, of course, there’s a 50/50 chance you will get every item you ordered. So basically, pick your order up and you won’t be disappointed!

We ordered a pizza and waited 45 min for it. The whole time waiting we see pizzas sitting out the oven while two people were just being lazy… we than got our pizza and the pineapple was black and the pizza was burnt. Such a bad expierience

I ordered a pizza through the call center they have. The representative didn't even know what is going on. He collected the my payment. However when the driver arrived he wanted me to pay again. I refused so he took the pizza back to the restaurant.

My whole order was completely wrong. I didn’t get anything that I ordered. They had trouble finding the place. They didn’t speak English and talk to me like I was an idiot. none of that is anything that I ordered in the picture I’ve tried calling. They won’t take my calls. I don’t understand.

I spent over $70 on two pizzas and an order of cheese bread just to be told that I would have to pay extra for parmesan cheese and pepper packets. Seriously, what kind of pizza place doesn't offer these as part of your order! The pizza isn't even that good anymore. I only ordered from here because my husband wanted Pizza Hut as some nostalgia thing. This is the first and last time I will get pizza from this location.

The pizza was not good. It was way over sauced and soggy in the middle. One of the pizzas we order had the Parmesan sauce on it and it was undercooked and had too much sauce on it. We ended up eating 2 slices of it and throwing the rest away. Definitely wasn’t worth the money spent.

Грубит клиентам и выгоняет из магазина, аргументируя это тем, что это ее пиццерия. Так же она грязными руками трогает вашу еду. Имейте это ввиду, когда заказываете тут пиццу!
