I spent over $70 on two pizzas and an order of cheese bread just to be told that I would have to pay extra for parmesan cheese and pepper packets. Seriously, what kind of pizza place doesn't offer these as part of your order! The pizza isn't even that good anymore. I only ordered from here because my husband wanted Pizza Hut as some nostalgia thing. This is the first and last time I will get pizza from this location.

The pizza was not good. It was way over sauced and soggy in the middle. One of the pizzas we order had the Parmesan sauce on it and it was undercooked and had too much sauce on it. We ended up eating 2 slices of it and throwing the rest away. Definitely wasn’t worth the money spent.

Грубит клиентам и выгоняет из магазина, аргументируя это тем, что это ее пиццерия. Так же она грязными руками трогает вашу еду. Имейте это ввиду, когда заказываете тут пиццу!

Always has parking available.very clean outside and in. Daughter orders from there 3-4 times a week ever since she moved in her own apt..

FURIOUS!! 1100 Fulton ave, Sacramento CA location! Absolutely disgusted with what happened to me! I placed an order via DoorDash. A my hut box, once i received it I bit into the boneless wings and the chicken was raw! And I’m pregnant! DoorDash immediately refunded me but when I called the Arden location to let the know, the lady who said she was a manager had zero customer service and said “okay thank you, bye” when i explained to her what was going on. Imagine if I get salmonella and my baby gets it!!??? What standards does this place have. I am so disgusted

Update: The regional manager contacted me and made this right. The guy made a mistake, apologized, and they fixed it. Updating to give them another chance because the pizza was great. Thank you.
Do NOT go here. I went to pick up my order at this pizza hut and stood there for a hot minute before anyone came up. Then, a guy came out and helped me. The guy told me that I was the only customer that day because they just got the cash drawer up and running since they were robbed earlier. We were talking, and then he rang up my total after grabbing my order. My total was $25.08 for two larger pizzas at buy one get one. I handed the guy $10 cash and asked if he could put the remaining amount on my card. He said yeah no problem. He asked if I wanted plates and napkins, which I replied yes. I thanked him and went on my way. As I got home, I noticed that he charged me the full amount on my card AND pocketed my $10 cash. I tried to call the store multiple times and no answer. It was partly my fault because I should have checked the receipt better. The economy is already rough on people enough. Shame on you for lacking integrity and taking advantage of your customers. I will never order a pizza from here ever again.
