“They are very friendly here, however I usually say the strips (the only thing chicken I usually get from Popeyes) at this location aren’t as tasty. I recently seen that this location is a certified training location! So it makes sense to me if the taste was a little off. Not trying to take away from this restaurant though I’m just very picky- I like to go where I know. I get everything else from them here though. Great job guys.“
“Food was good as usual. The line was long. The waitress had a bit of an attitude but it seemed like she should be able to take some time off. It must be that time of the....lol. But anyways the special was cool to have 10 pieces for $18 plus tax. order in spicey as it tastes way better that way.“
“I went inside and they greeted me with a friendly shout. It was nice inside and the workers were also very friendly. It was edna as manager and Antonio then a man named xavier they were all so nice and patient with me and had even fixed my order when it was wrong. and food was great I WILL BE BACK!!“
“I got the sweet and smokey wings along with they're Buffalo hot wings..... It was the best ride home for my long commute. The wings were extra temperature hot, juicy and drenched in sauce, while still maintaining a super crunch. Flavor was on point. You get them this way by eating them soon as they serve em up. Depending on distance, you may not have the same experience if you wait till you get home.“
“Popeye's chicken has always been my favorite. I used to go to a location up on El Camino and Watt but the service wasn't the greatest in the food wasn't the greatest as well. I now live in the Midtown area and this location in natomas is closest. The food is fresh and delicious and the customer service is excellent!!! Even if I move to a different part of Sacramento I will continue to do business with Popeye's natomas.. keep up the good work ?“

“Good food, but the service is horrible it's more of a rushed service, the atmosphere here isn't all too good the workers don't seem to have experience in customer service and come off a bit rude. They skimp on the sauces which makes no sense specifically if I'm spending 50$+ and at times the chicken is outright too dry and old-tasting, ps I only eat when refino is cooking cause he knows what he's doing you can tell he loves his job but the other cooks for the afternoon and night always give me old chicken or side ik because I've worked in this establishment years ago.“
“This place is a hit or miss. There are times when the food is perfect and being the best fried chicken 👌 and then there are times when I've ordered spicy and got regular instead, which is always plain and a big difference from spicy. There is also a time when they forgot my chicken sandwich when I was excited to try the new ghost pepper bacon, and they forgot it. Atmosphere is a sketch, and I love popeyes, but it sucks when you are craving it, and it's really just a gamble on if it fulfills it or disappoints due to inconsistency. Sadly, this is the best spot in North Sac as the rest sucks and im sure everyone knows too. Also, if popeye reads this, sponsor me 😇 🙏“
