This was my first visit to this Popeyes, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The macaroni and cheese I received was lukewarm, lacking the creamy texture and warmth I was hoping for. As for the biscuit, it was disappointingly dry and crumbly, which made it hard to enjoy. I ended up feeling like I wasted $14 on this meal. I really wish I could get a refund for this experience. nasty

We had the shrimp Basket. Sad. They have been going down hill. We went back again. it's gotten worse. They want 5 for dipping sauce and honey. Little packets. One star is being nice. We went back again today just keeps getting worse they went from being a 9 down to 2 get better employees

😕 I SAW THE CRAZIEST CLEANING METHODS HERE TODAY!! while ordering the benches where you sit near the window where the driveway were were covered in dried mashed potatoes food was everywhere tables were filthy and needed to be cleaned floors had food on them I even saw one of the workers that was sweeping the lobby put the broom that he used on the floor on top of the benches so Unsanitary

I came to get lunch and asked for pickles on the side of my sandwich. The nice man taking my order told me his manager refused to allow anything on the side as there is no container to put the item into. No sauce on the side no pickle... Nothing... The given reason is the cost of the packaging... Well it costs more to lose customers.

If you want Popeyes chicken go to any location other than 5064 Stockton blvd. I have been there three times and each time the employees had no idea what they were doing. Tried over charging us. Quoted a ridiculous price and when we stood firm finally relented. It took an hour to complete a three person order. This is what has happened each time e. There is another store further down past Florin. Go there. The closer store to my home is full of employees who have no brains. Don't bother asking for their manager, not any better then any employee in there. I tried to call corporate, as I did last time. All numbers for complaints no longer work. Your only option is to send an email. I. Sure they don't even look at them. No changes at this store. I'm through with Popeyes. Never again. The new Wraps brought us in. Believe me th÷y are not worth putting up with bad service.

The food is great overall but the waiting time is way too long. It’s not that it took long to fry the food, they just didn’t bring it out. Once they saw me go in they took it out. The food has clearly been sitting as the boxes are literally soft meaning it’s been sitting in there and the steam has gotten onto the box making it that soft.

They ran out of fries and mashed potatoes. I asked for a sandwich and they gave it to me in a half hour. The sandwich was cold and unseasoned and Mac and cheese was awful. Service is also terrible they spent 35 minutes making my food even though the place was empty. Definitely won’t come here again

I asked for no pickles on both and they gave me pickles and wrote on the bag pickles. Workers rude by attitude and like practically throwing the bag at me. Lots of homeless people over there, trash and junk thrown everywhere.
