This Popeyes has officially lost my business. Time and time again, the service has been inconsistent, and it’s clear the employees couldn’t care less. I arrived well before closing, yet my order was completely wrong—no napkins, no straws, the wrong chicken meals, and fries that tasted like they’d been sitting out all day. It’s beyond frustrating to spend money on food, only to be disappointed. Do yourself a favor—save your cash and fry your own chicken at home.

The manager was guarding the door, keeping it locked with a key, only letting customers in when under their control. She then locked the door behind us. I was locked inside a popeyes, pretty sure that's illegal. Worse than covid. This all happened during regular business hours before 5 pm. I waited for ten minutes and left because I never was addressed by anyone behind the counter, even though I saw staff on their phones. Put someone else in charge please, and make sure they speak English.

The food here is delicious & fresh because I always have to wait 15-20m for it to be prepared. Dear Edna, who was the shift manager when I visited, do not wait especially on a Friday during a dinner rush to start preparing items you are completely out of! Do not brush customers off who ordered ahead but when they showed up for their order, still had to wait 15-20m! Edna, use your training to plan ahead so that you are prepared for rush hour & to insure that you are providing 100% customer service!
