Seems like the owner is just giving lip service to bad reviews, which are many, as they keep coming in with nothing ever being fixed.

Employee wouldn't let me use the restroom. Saying it was jammed shut. Then after I complained about that of course they totally got my order all wrong. Im so upset. Didn't get none of my side dishes correct. Said correct on the receipt so I didn't open up the containers before I made my trip home. I feel like I've been totally disrespected. I will not be back to this Popeyes on ele Camino Ave period. Someone needs to come check those Employees!!!!

On Sunday 02/01/26 at about 6:30 I went to have dinner with my family and the chicken was not fresh and under cooked some pieces were looking old and stale.

What’s wrong with your café chain?
This is the second time I’ve placed an order—this time at a different location—and I still can’t get my food because it’s out of stock.
Don’t you have a stop/disable button for specific items so they don’t appear in the app???
No one calls to inform the customer—they just confront you with the fact when you arrive to pick up the food.
This is a disgusting attitude toward your customers, and it’s not just one specific location, but the entire chain.
