I kindly gave them a call and mentioned that the chicken is still pink, I got the 16 piece MEAL and didn’t get my 8 pieces of biscuits, the manager ask me to come back with the food but I’m unable 2 drive another 20 minutes back just to show them that the chicken was not fully cooked,It’s very upsetting to see one of my kids bite into a raw chicken.We just wanted to enjoy our meal and family time. Popeyes ruined it, the manager Lila was no help and did not give me an apology or resolution. Don’t go to this Popeyes! $70 worth of food not worth it!

Although they were very busy, i still believe they should all wear gloves. No one had on gloves. That's crazy! They ignore the drive thru. Check on your customers inside and out.Dont go on Sat evening 5-6pm

Being a regular customer, I was very disappointed with this visit, never got to order my food, in spite of me being the only person in line to order. I walked up to the counter, the guy and the woman just turned back started filling the orders on the screen, I ask the woman if there was anyone there to take orders, she ignored me and continue to bag orders for drive through. So I asked the guy at first he didn’t respond, so I waited a bit, before asking again. This time with an abrasive tone, told me to wait. I had been waiting and know one else was there to order. I was shocked. I just walked out and went to another restaurant in the area. Really poor service. Won’t go to this pop eyes again.

Purchase 1 chicken breast today that look like had been on the board over 4 hours. Didn't see it until I go all the way home totally disappointed will not return I'll go to Church's Chicken down the street.

Would not recommend eating here they will give you old chicken recooked in old hot oil came here twice same issue said I wanted fresh and gave me spicy chicken since the mild fresh wasn’t ready chicken was hard skin falling off the bone just a very nasty presentation also they give you old hard biscuits don’t ask for the 6.00 box because you’ll get undercooked chicken!!!

Been here a couple of times and they've always missed items, also they miss items on uber eats. Don't eat from here no point in ordering when everything is wrong most of the time

I order a 10 count blackened tenders everytime by themselves and it’s usually come to $19 or $20, the last couple times they keep trying to charge me $28 saying they don’t have a way to charge 10 count blackened tenders?! All my receipts I tried to show them shows they charge $1.99 per tender make it make sense?!? They kept trying to charging me per a combo box…I just want the tenders……

I'm giving this girl at the front a 5 star. I have been twice within 2 wks and so far I have witnessed 2 accounts of rudeness to this cashier. She has composed herself so well! I admire her patience towards disrespectful customers!
