My sister and ate at this location today. The food was on point! It was hot and delicious. We dined in a clean and inviting atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Food looks bad. Like it was rotten. The service was friendly. This is the only Popeyes where it is consistently subpar, but this visit the food was bad. Second grade chicken.

The manager refunded me immediately and offered another batch and that was burned but since I got my money back I just said forget it. The the customer service was good but never again. This really made me stop eating fast food again so I gave 2 stars for service. Thank goodness I always look at my food before I bite it

Chicken in the sandwich was like taking a chomp out of a stack of rubber bands, nothing to do with the workers or what they did.
Much like many other fast food places, the prices are increasing while at the same time the portion sizes are decreasing, and the food quality is worse.
I used to eat popeyes a lot, but the past few times at even different locations have been pretty pitiful over the years, and seems to be getting worse - more inedible amount of fried chicken, less sauce, spiciness being absent or hit/miss. Overcooked or woody chicken. Smaller portions. all at a premium price.
