Drove all the way over here during their hours of operation 12 in the afternoon for lunch and there was a sign up in the door saying be back in 15 mins !

Got a protein bowl. Tasted great. Server was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would consider the 7 day cleanse they offer. I like the juices and the combinations they offer. The place gets a little cramped when more than 5 are inside but other than that it’s a go to for juice and healthy options.

Pressed Juicery is a great spot when you want something healthy. The juices are refreshing and the flavors are excellent. Everything tastes fresh and not too sweet. The ingredients are great quality. The staff is friendly and orders come out fast.

I came to this location as it is my favorite when I’m in town. I came in at 11a on Mon before my movie matinee, and then again at 1p after the movie. There was absolutely NO ONE in the store. I waited 10 mins each time yelling hello hoping to alert someone of my presence. If the owner is questioning why sales are down this is the reason. I have a video I wish I could upload it.

I haven’t been in a while and I noticed then menu was different and it said daily green 6. I asked the lady what’s in the daily greens. She says, “the pack?”. I said well I don’t know I’m looking at the menu and it says daily green 6. What is that. She stared at the menu a good 30 seconds and seemed as if she didn’t want to answer any questions. I clearly was bothering her because I did not READ the menu vs asking for her assistance instead. I said today must not be your day and left. That was a couple hundred bucks not spent I’m there store because of her jacked up energy. They clearly need to train there staff. Whoever worked at 10:30am 7/31, needs customer service training and a menu review so she can easily communicate what’s on the menu with her words vs staring and weird facial expressions. Won’t come back in if I see her working.

I came to DOCO with a friend who is gluten free dairy free and sugar free and we were not planning to get anything to eat because of all the dietary restrictions but then we saw this and it was so good. My friend had not had ice cream in 8 months but she was able to have ice cream from here and she was so happy ? I will say it is pricey for ice cream but it is worth it

Today I arrived at Presses in the Golden One Center Plaza Sacramento at 9 am doors was locked young African American girl came from the back unlocked the door and said nothing. Walked behind the counter said nothing didn’t wash hands I asked was she ok said nothing. I said owe you have bad energy and walked out.Tried getting in contact with store manager numbers online all automated never again Pressed!!!

What a unwelcoming environment the customer service person working today was. To the young lady, working at noon on St. Patrick’s, do better. You don’t need to be rude or condescending for first time customers. I would rather drive to further away than interact with you ever again.

I recently visited Pressed Juicery for the first time, and I was thoroughly disappointed with the service I received from one of the workers. Not only did she display a poor attitude throughout my interaction with her, but the lack of cleanliness was also evident. I observed her changing one glove while touching her clothes, which was a major hygiene concern.Additionally, when I asked a simple question about the size of the bowl, she responded with an attitude that made me feel unwelcome and ignorant as a first-time customer. As someone who represents the face of the business, her behavior reflects poorly on the entire establishment.While the bowl itself was decent, the overall experience was marred by the unprofessionalism of the staff member. In an industry where customer service is paramount, this level of service is unacceptable. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Pressed Juicery and will not recommend it to others.
