Boycott this business!!! You dare celebrate an evil act of the killing of Charlie Kirk!! Shame on you!!
A customer was in there during the Kirk shooting in which many employees cheered. Shameful.
Yeah I’ll just say it….if you don’t tell someone these are GF/VG pastries & cupcakes, I don’t think anyone would know. It’s that good. Especially their cupcakes are incredible. I’ll also say that their sandwiches are underrated and I highly recommend trying them! Now….a few downsides. One, this is not all vegan, but it’s all GF. So if you’re only vegan be aware it’s normally about 20-30% of their options on any given day that are vegan. And sometimes the non vegan ones look far more exciting! So vegans are still second-class citizens here. Another downside is the eating area itself. There are just a few tables near the hot road with the main view being the freeway. It’s….less than pleasant. So don’t tell anyone, our little secret. But I’ve been taking the food to-go and buying a drink at the co-op and using the co-op as an actual place to sit down and relax while eating. Highly recommend it!
Made a terrible mistake. Had no idea this place was vegan. Worst bread I've ever had. No flavor and mealy texture.
A great gluten-free bakery with good sandwiches. I love Pushkins and this one does not disappoint. They don't have as much food as the other ones or paninis like babes but they still have a pretty good selection of baked goods. It is a very small cute store but there is no seating inside which is not the best in the Sacramento Heat. But I come here often to get baked goods for the house.
Tried 3 of their cookies with no nuts. Chocolaty and delicious! Service was great too. Knowledgeable of ingredients, and had safe options for nut allergies.
Management is disrespectful to staff, who rotate out frequently, and have no understanding of disability law compliance despite running a business focused on special needs.
The owner is also really unsettling to interact with, as others have noted.
This is not a good business. After finding out, now I bake my own (as my ability allows).
Their stuff is also pretty mid, you guys.
I ordered for pickup and it was a great experience! Delicious cookies, especially the crinkle cookie, as well as some really good muffins and cute little loaves of great bread. Delish for both gluten free and gluten eaters!
Everything I've ever gotten in here is beyond divine. This place, the staff, and the food are absolutely incredible
THE BEST!!!! Love the Noble Tofu & Bahn Mi sandos. And all of the baked goods are divine.
Wish they had better in-house dining options (maybe they could make a deal with Revolution restaurant and share some outside tables).

This Pushkin’s isn’t as good as the one in Roseville, IMO. It’s much smaller, no indoor seating, virtually no drink choices, and the food wasn’t quite as good. I really like their sandwiches, EXCEPT their homemade bread they use on their breakfast sandwiches, and apparently some of their lunch sandwiches too. It’s heavy, dense, and tastes like flour. I need to remember to ask about the bread choices when ordering! Desserts are 👌 😋
I’m sure the cake must be good, but it’s the most ridiculous Hunger Games set up for getting one. Basically order 48 hours ahead or you won’t get one. If they simply said that, it would be respectable. But if you try and order 24 hours ahead they tell you not to worry: just call back at 8 am the day you want a cake and get one of the cakes they make for that day! Only problem: they tell this to everyone else and then only make *1* cake for the whole day. Called at 8:02 and they had already “sold out” the one cake they made. It’s the bait and switch that’s just unnecessarily enraging and unpleasant.

It's hard to find vegan pastries. I've tried many items on their menu, and they are very good. This time, I tried sandwich 3, and it was good. I'm not fond of the location in cold weather because there is only outdoor seating with 2 tables. Still, there are good options.
