Don’t go to Roxie if you’re looking for atmosphere. Go for the sandwiches which are AMAZING. Their daily BBQ specials are delicious. Online ordering via their website works great and can avoid the sometimes long lines. No indoor seating. Limited outdoor seating

A little hole in the wall, across the street from UC Davis's dermatology center where I've been going for appointments. Tried it out last visit as it was just across the street, and we aren't familiar with the area. You order in line, pick up your drinks and chips, and pay as you pick up. I usually order take out and call ahead. At lunch, from about 11:30 to around 2:00, it gets very busy, so it takes about 30 minutes or more for a sandwich. That said, there’s a good reason- sandwiches are generous with very fresh ingredients, and can be customized to suit your taste. I order the junior size and it’s plenty for two meals or to share.
