I am from hayward came down to Sacramento touring, saigon oi is very nice it remind me alot of việt nam i really like the food and environment good customer friendly will be back next time visit Sacramento.
First time eating Vietnamese. This restaurant was amazing! Food was so good especially the mini pancakes. Servers were great, especially Preston.
