Highlights include butternut squash on a sandwich, flatbreads, summer salad, roasted Parmesan meatballs, charcuterie board, and strawberry arugula salad. The roasted Parmesan meatballs are tender, juicy and packed with flavor, almost melting in the mouth. Olive oil and balsamic vinegar are sold on site; the balsamic vinegar with elderberry is a marvelous blend of sweet and tangy, perfect for a strawberry arugula salad. Olive oil is bottled upon purchase, ensuring the freshest, additive free product.
