Place needs some work. Value of the food was not worth $15.75 for onion rings and a double burger (1/4 lb patties) with no cheese. Burger toppings were sparce. Taste of the food was good, not great, and again not worth the cost. The gal behind the counter who also worked the grill worked to be worthy of a 5 star rating, but not the place itself.

Apparently they passed thier inspection on Feb 2 2024Sno-White Burger, 5110 Auburn Blvd in Sacramento County’s Amber Park neighborhood, had 14 violations on Jan. 25.German cockroaches were found in various locations of the burger restaurant. Over 100 dead roaches were found on the floor in the “food prep area, water heater, beneath cooking equipment, at all storage areas, inside front cabinets, server’s area, and behind the ice machine,” according to the report.During the inspection, two roaches were seen running on the floor near a grease trap, after a bucket with lids was moved from the area, according to the report.Additionally, restrooms lacked paper towels and hand soap, according to the report. Food safety managers’ certificates and food handler cards were not available during the inspection. There was also residue buildup in the soda machine nozzles. A pallet with black residue in a walk-in refrigerator was being used as a storage surface. Inspectors asked the restaurant to remove the pallet “and store food items on shelves as required.”The restaurant had a re-inspection on Monday, then again on Tuesday, but has failed to pass.The Sacramento Bee called the restaurant for comment Friday morning, but no one came to the phone.

We were driving around hungry, trying to figure out what we wanted to eat. We saw this place and decided to stop. The place was empty, so that was even more convenient. We were greeted by a young lady and she was great. It looked like it was just her and a gentleman working there…. Anyway, the food was decently priced and tasted pretty good. You get a lot of food for what you pay for.The down side to the place…. The soda machine wasn’t working so we had to buy canned sodas which don’t come with refills. I’m not sure if we over ate or what but we were all so sick the next day.

I was told this place was good it's mediocre at best, and I'll explain why. I would like to say they need to have Google etc update their website because it has drive through as an option when in reality it's no longer up and running and that's really frustrating to those who would like to keep their car running and go. The inside could use some severe cleaning since it appeared to look dirty especially the things everyone has to touch. Lastly moving to the food the burger could've looked more presentable instead of looking sloppy and they also could've trained staff to give an accurate description of menu because I was told the number 4 was 3 patties and number 6 was 4 so that's a little misleading on their end. However the fries I expected to be bland were actually well seasoned and enjoyable to eat the meat could have been a little more softer rather than extremely firm the sauce itself isn't anything special it's just pretty much a thousand island and ketchup mixture. The cashier was nice and respectful though like I said above could be educated on the menu a bit more for customers sake. I would also say it's a bit pricey for it to be mediocre food though nothing less I'd only recommend this place if you're trying to have a change of scenery from the regular mc Donald's Burger King etc.

Didn't have chicken strips for my kid when I asked for a cheeseburger with fries they had to check if they had fries ok no problem. But for the quality of the food for the price they charge not worth it at all & their ice cream machine is always down I heard a customer ask the clerk why it's always down. Cheeseburger VERY BLAND
This place would be awesome if the food would be consistent. One time you go there, and the hamburger meat is very tasty and a thick patty. The next time you go there, the patties are paper thin. Sometimes the french fries are the best you can find anywhere, sometimes they are crap. I know there are supply chain issues, but given me hotdog buns on a hot pastrami sandwich, is kind of unacceptable. I did really enjoy this place, sometimes the food is just nasty but when it's good, it's good!

Service was great no attitude or anything the cashier was nice, atmosphere was OK, decent, food although the fries were good the burger wasn't, I ordered the mushroom burger and asked what was on the burger i was told there were oinons on it I asked to have the onions removed but they forgot to mention the lettuce, tomato and a giant pickle on it. When I just wanted meat, cheese mushrooms and mayo but it's okay I will give the another shot in the future it was my first time there I didn't know what to expect, I would of asked to have it fixed by lost my appetite due to an injury I sustained inside there, my fault not theirs.

I’m not sure how this place gets soo many stars. Service is mid, bathrooms are unusable, no napkins, toilet was clogged and bathroom was filthy. Everything is so over priced; got the Philly cheesesteak which was literally 2 pieces of bread and a pound of cheese. I’m a cheese lover but this was excessive, skimped on the meat and peppers, had no flavor other than the mountain of cheese that was over powering the entire sandwich. Fries were the only thing that were well seasoned, my boyfriend got the chicken and fries basket to which they added a mountain of fries and 3 freaking chicken tenders, ridiculous for the price. The inside of this place needs some serious work but without that being a factor it is so terribly maintained from the bathrooms to the soda machine that had th ice tray overfilling meaning no one is servicing it. Tables were dirty which gives the impression that nothing gets cleaned which is disgusting and on top of all of this a homeless man comes in that reeks right as we are getting our meal and the employee allows him to sit down and charge his phone there although he did not purchase anything to eat. The whole experience was just disappointing and disgusting I never write reviews but felt obligated to do so because of how terrible of an experience we had. Really wanted to like this new establishment and support local business but they can definitely do better, will NEVER be going back. For $30 on two meals take your business elsewhere.
