Yesterday my kid had to use the bathroom so i went in to buy some coffee only to be told we couldnt use them anymore? If i am paying for over priced coffee yea i expect to be let to use the bathroom which i am sending a complaint corprate over.

It's a grab and go location that really shouldn't be but due to issues in the area, maybe it was pressured to be this wayNot sure but it is what it is. Apparently no restroom either. Understandable again with the homeless issues nearby. Bathrooms at a location this accessible might just be inviting using in the restroom if you know what I mean.Too bad.

I came in yesterday and ordered a blonde roast pour over , grande with 3 stevia. The barista gave me pike and then was aggravated when i asked for what I ordered. She then made it luke warm almost cold and it tasted funny. There are no chairs in the store, stand up only and frankly the store is more like a crime scene. I will go elsewhere next time I leave the gym. This store needs serious help

NO BATHROOM IN STORE. There are no tables or places to sit in this starbucks. The public restrooms of the mall are also closed due to safety concerns. Service was good. The hot chocolate was fine.

The stars are for the staff who patiently answer my question, I would give a zero to the mean girl staff separately who gave a dirty look when I said her coworker put the coffee beans back too quick before I could tell him I actually interested with the coffee beans he recommended to me and she has no patience at all. Sorry if that’s wrong that I don’t want them to do extra walking.
Waited 40 minutes for only 1 drink to come out and not the rest of the 2-item order. They were able to serve all the customers who placed mobile orders after me + came in after me with large orders, only to be told that mine “could’ve been snagged”(The whole time, my Starbucks app was still saying the order was pending. If it was already made and accidentally taken, the receipt would’ve been closed already)

The wait is absolutely ridiculous, if I pre order at 7:48 why am I still waiting for my order to be ready at 8:17 when I arrive? just poor service all

It's about as good as your average Starbucks, but just a half a year ago they had all of their furniture available to use to the public and now everything's sealed behind this ugly wall that is supposedly for renovations and now there's nowhere to sit and hang out so you can't even use it as a cafe or a place to study you can only merely get your drink and leave nowadays and it and it just seems like an anti-homeless "solution" that just ruins the experience for everyone else
