needed to use the restroom while waiting for my order, sorry bathroom closed due to covid.?? then they made wrong drink size. I paid for a venti I got a Grande, I didn't have time to wait cause I had to urinate. some BS, get together Starbucks
Not worth it . Bad customer service
Went in yesterday with my Gold Card knowing I had $$$ on it... for some reason they couldn't scan my card nor nothing came up even when they tried punching in my account number ??.. when I said 'let me go out to the car to get some cash..& I'll call when I get home to ask why my card showed nothing' the sweet manager ( sorry I didn't notice her name) told me ' don't worry about it, I believe you~ it's on us".... how sweet & unexpected was that!!!
