I ordered online today around 12:15 and did not realize that if you do a counter pickup, it will already start the order unlike a drive-thru order, it'll wait until you're close. I got there around 12:50 and did not see my order on the screen so I asked Luis and he said it was no problem and they started making my order right away. I felt so bad but was so thankful that he did that for me. I will be returning! Best Mcdonald's service I've had!
I called to buy a happy meal with a toy Aug 14,2026 @ 2225 pm and ask if they have a specific toy and they were rude and condescending. It was a guy. Where is humanity nowadays?
