The staff was extremely rude. I placed a mobile order for drive thru and because they didn't have it ready in time, they had us make a loop and come in. Then they didn't have a food item that we wanted. Overall worse experience we have ever had at a Starbucks.

Staff were standing and talking away without preparing my order. I asked one staff he said the other is preparing. When after a while I asked the other he said oh someone must have taken it, I had been standing there all the time and no one had called my name! Horrible customer service!!!!!
Coffee machine down, kinda pointless to even remain open, guy also sounded super smug about it as well. Like, haha we got you stuck in the drive through and wasted your time rather than putting up a sign saying the machine is down so you don’t waste your time.

In drive thru waited 40 min in line, 10 min to order and another 5 min for our drinks. 2 simple cold brew drinks. This was on a Saturday at 3 in the afternoon. Haven’t been to Starbucks in over a year, probably won’t visit for another one.

Went in for a Hot cup of coffee and it was like warm. $3 for a cup of lukewarm coffee? Had to wait 10 minutes for them to make a pot of fresh warm coffee while we were traveling.

The staff are really disinterested , the puke was cold and had to be made again. The tables were all dirty and the toilets were disgusting. Soiled toilet, paper all over the floor and trash cans overflowing. Am I really paying $6.50 for coffee in a dump like this. Never again

Worst Starbucks I’ve even been to. I’ve place an order, waited 15 min to go inside and get it and it was not ready. Waited another 45 minutes until I decided that one hour waiting was not worth it. I went to the cashier to cancel my order and she told me I had to call someone from the app so I can get my money back. I had to wait another 5 minutes for the manager to approve a reinstatement. Anyways, over an hour of wait for nothing. Honestly the worst Starbucks in the area.
