The customer service is not very responsive, helpful or friendly, but respectful. They are not impatient, rude or mean, but listen quietly to customers while the customers placing their orders, and yes they are not quick in making the orders. They are located in Delta Shores Cir South Sacramento, CA, and pretty much a big dining in area, but unfortunately they don’t even care about the hygiene of their location or the utensils that they use which is gross. The bathrooms are filthy , and need cleaning, also out of necessity hygiene supplies such as paper towel , washing soap, but don’t they know that the safety of their customers is more important than their laziness. I’m sure everyone knows about Starbucks, and their skyrocketing prices for their foods , and drinks, but how sure are you about the quality of their products or the freshness of the ingredients they use for your food or drinks? So in short words you are not because the ingredients at this location are not fresh, and the quality is cheap. The wait time after placing your order is long , so don’t expect 5 minutes waiting time. You can place your order through the app, in person through walk in or over the phone as well if you want ; however, in person orders get more attention, and accurately describe, so in person orders are preferred according to the employees. They offer different kind of services depending on your choice like dining in, to go or delivery, so choice is yours. Yes ! They are wheelchair accessible , and they do have some comfortable seats for physically disabled individuals who want to dine in instead of leaving with their orders. The parking lot is huge , and you can find parking spots easily including handicapped spots, so no worries. My experience was not good because they messed up my order , and made me wait longer, but didn’t worth it waiting all that time, and no apologies were made. I don’t know what Starbucks thinks about its customers that we are NOT growing money on trees or what ? I’m not coming to this location, and will not recommend it to anyone period 👎👎😣😣

I went through the drive through hoping to grab a small water for my toddler. They wouldn't even give us water unless making a purchase. The employee didnt seem super friendly either when telling us their plocy changed. I've been coming to Starbucks since my childhood and not once have I ever been told I cant have a cup of water if I dont make a purchase. I will not be supporting starbucks as a customer anymore if they cant even have the human decency to offer water. If they could bag air they would probably charge for that too. Unbelievable. Happy to say I went literally need door and Panera gave us a LARGE iced water without hesitation.

Slowest and most boring vibe Starbucks I've been to. Employees don't seem to be on the same page or like they even like eachother. No conversing while working etc. Gives a doomer vibe that most other Starbucks don't have
The staff was extremely rude. I placed a mobile order for drive thru and because they didn't have it ready in time, they had us make a loop and come in. Then they didn't have a food item that we wanted. Overall worse experience we have ever had at a Starbucks.

Staff were standing and talking away without preparing my order. I asked one staff he said the other is preparing. When after a while I asked the other he said oh someone must have taken it, I had been standing there all the time and no one had called my name! Horrible customer service!!!!!
