Overall, I am satisfied with Starbuck's, however, sat in the drive-thru with quite a back of vehicles, only to learn that were not open. This has happened many times in the past as well. A sign on the drive thru would be appreciated.
Went today to have coffee with family and when we asked about the outdoor seating the manager/supervisor said “we’ve never had outdoor seating”. Well that isn’t true since we’ve been going to this location since it opened but more so it was his response. Very rude and condescending. The only friendly staff member was the one who took our order. Do better!
This is my neighborhood Starbucks. The people are friendly and the store is usually not crowded, except for ~7-8am. They used to have tables with umbrellas outside but those went away with the influx of homeless people.
