We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Why do they serve free drinks to the dirty homeless people that come in? After we saw this, we left. Very undesirable. Just keeps bringing them back. Do customers really like this. We don't.

I don’t usually write reviews for chain restaurants but when I stopped at this Starbucks a few months back, I was met with a charismatic employee that not only made my day but all the other customers who walked in. I found out her name was Glory, and she truly lives up to her name. Thank you Glory for such a welcoming experience!

They may have not meant any harm, but It's still kind of rude to hang up on others when you may have something else to say, or before a customer says thank you and goodbye. It's kinda unprofessional for business.
