We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. They may be a dollar cheaper than the 2 other starbucks in the area but they need more help. They are very slow, 2 times now they just forgot drinks and when asked I'm the problem. 17 minutes waiting then 8 more minutes waiting because they forgot.

Why do they serve free drinks to the dirty homeless people that come in? After we saw this, we left. Very undesirable. Just keeps bringing them back. Do customers really like this. We don't.

I don’t usually write reviews for chain restaurants but when I stopped at this Starbucks a few months back, I was met with a charismatic employee that not only made my day but all the other customers who walked in. I found out her name was Glory, and she truly lives up to her name. Thank you Glory for such a welcoming experience!
