Took 15+ minutes just to pick up a mobile order. I ended up behind someone who didn't know what they wanted, and took a while. But once they knew, they still took long. The person at the drive through seemed to know this person so they were holding up the drive through "catching up" and talking to each other. When I got in line, there was one person ahead of me and one person behind me. After I got my order, there were 6+ cars waiting, all because they wanted to socialize. Overall, I was in line at the drive thru for almost 20 minutes. Which 15 minutes was mainly watching the drive thru worker socialize with his buddy

Worst drive thru service available. Never had to wait 20+ minutes in a drive thru line for a Starbucks. I would've rather gone inside let my car off. Drove into the drive thru not knowing there was already a huge line. Tried to reverse yet there was already 3 cars behind me.... Spent around a gallon of gas just sitting in the line for a simple mocha. Then they wonder why nobody tips them. Like I just spent $10+ on a cup of coffee. Staff us ridiculous and needs to speed up the drive thru line.

Three stars is correct. It's weird reviewing such a massive chain but each location has its own flavor I guess. I sent in a complaint to corporate because the prices on their menu here are lower than what they charge, which is literally false advertising. I expect to pay what it says the item is priced at anywhere I get goods or services. Starbucks isn't exempt because it's so huge. Their outdoor seating is nice here but the parking lot is too small for their customer base, being across the street from college. I'd check out 5 Sips if you're looking for coffee nearby. Better coffee, pastries, and service. And for some reason they don't ask my name here. I thought that was Starbucks protocol. Maybe they just gave up because they couldn't spell anyone's name right. So they always just leave my stuff out on the counter unannounced and I'm supposed to figure it out. Feel like the least you could do is let me know my order is ready so someone else doesn't take it.

There was broken glass on the floor of the place that the staff said was cleaned. Cussed at me when I asked to get it clean. Never coming back. The glass looked dirty and while a lot of it was gone there was some small shards left that weren't cleaned.
Workers I came to contact with were rude and had an attitude. I will not go again.

Stopped in today to fill up on some caffeine— both went with an iced caramel macchiato. Not my usual go to order but just wanted something simple. I could tell that the shots sat for awhile before being served to me because they tasted certainly dead. Great location, it was very clean and well put together! The partners were very friendly so I’d definitely return!
