CiCi knows customer service not my first time witnessing her taking care of customers. She turned a very challenging day/experience into a brighter one and that is what good customer service is all about! Shout out to CiCi, she is one of the good employees that will keep me coming back!
I visit daily!! Really efficient and quick friendly staff clean restrooms
The coffee is delicious and the staff is typically polite. I usually grab a coffee via drive-thru before heading home, but today I walked inside the shop. Before placing my order, I asked for the restroom code. The employee asked if I was going to order anything, to which I replied yes. Naturally, I wanted to use the restroom first.
