This is normally a friendly Starbucks. I am a regular patron. Today, for the second day in a row, those of us with mobile orders park our cars and walk to the door only to find a page that tells mobile orders to go thru the drive thru. When I did that and got my drink, I told the employee that it would be nice if a larger sign was put on one of the many large windows so that we mobile order people could see it and go straight to the drive thru - instead of getting out of the car,...read full review
