Literally the worst Starbucks ever in Sacramento . I hate coming here and the energy is always off they are always HELLA rude. I have worked at a Starbucks and it is never supposed to be this way. I came back to return a drink and she took my old drink back INSIDE STORE POLICE SAYS SO… Made ME feel akward and uncomfortable i hdnt realized i came to the wrong Starbucks .

Today my puppy knocked over my brand new venti iced coffee that I had doordashed (so it was an expensive venti lol) after cleaning it up I made my way to Starbucks to get another and I mentioned what happened to Bryan (or Brian) and he was so kind he gave me the coffee for free. Not only was my coffee made with love and to perfection, it was on the house. Thank you so much, you really are the definition of perfect customer service. Give this guy a raise!! lol thank you Starbucks, for hiring Bryan. :)

If I could give 0 stars, I would customer service. Was horrible food was cold. That was supposed to be heated up when I came back very nicely and said Hey, my food is cold. Can we get a new one the girl yanked the bag out of my hand and threw it aggressively into the trash can. And did not say a word just a mug on her face.The second sandwich she made was hard as a rock. Me and my sister then called management management was unapologetic at first literally made a snark comment like. Oh, was the food better the second time around? than my sister Specifically explained that it was not about the food and it was about the customer service he Was condescending and rude. I wanted to curse her out but I kept it cool and left a bad review instead.
Fastest drive through of all the local locations in my opinion no matter the length of line you’re never waiting long. ♡ this store

Good service, nice environment, pretty clean area, and drinks are good. I don't usually buy food, but my sister treated me to a pumpkin loaf and it was scrumptious, I truly recommend it. I had one bad experience 2 days ago. Another from my sister, an early morning breakfast on her. First time trying the kale and mushroom egg bites, come to find a piece of hair after my second bite into one of the two pieces. That experience kind of rubbed me the wrong way, so I'm iffy about buying food from there or at any Starbucks at that, but I might come back to it.

Horrible Starbucks location. I was the only customer they've had to make a drink for and they messed up the first time. I've had to go around to the drive through for the second time and this time the store manager came by the window and handed me another drink. I've been getting my coffee this way for the past 12 years from Starbucks every single day and I get it with extra shot. When I tasted it it had no extra shot. I know how MY COFFE TASTE LIKE AFTER 12 years. so I've had to go in again and this woman was absolutely rude and cold. And she took no responsibility what so ever to make it right for me and she just wasted my 15 min of time and returned my money with no apology. STARBUCKS!!! YOU SHOULD DO A BETTER JOB AT HIRING MANAGERS. I WILL BE ALSO POSTING THIS WITH STARBUCKS HQ.
