Natalie has such a disgusting attitude and smart mouth. I asked for a drink and made smirky comments. If she’s having such a bad day she should clock out and go home. Instead of rubbing off her disgusting attitude and energy onto others!

No indoor seating

These should be renamed “Starbucks Express” so patrons don’t waste time and fuel on disappointment.

I only visit Starbucks to sip, munch, and relax with my laptop.

This is the worst SB's I have ever been in to. When we walked in on Saturday morning, it wasn't super busy, two employees who were doing nothing just stood behind the counter talking to one another actively ignoring myself and my family. The other three employees who were doing all the work eventually acknowledged us, they were busy so I appreciated them saying they'd be right with us, while the other two just stood there, lost in their own little world. Eventually our order was taken by one of the employees who were doing their job, but once we received everything, it was all wrong. Our food was cold, and our drinks weren't what we ordered. We knew it would be pointless to go back inside and ask them to correct it, since they didn't care to get it right in the first place. Maybe if those who were doing all the work had a little help from the two doing nothing, our orders might have been right. I'll spend my money where customer service is a priority.

One off the worse places to get coffee, I used other location to get coffee and by the time I came here need to use restroom they made me pay for coffee to use a restroom, drego resolved the issue by not proving her name,, he stated to use her name as only female barista

Apparently you need to buy food or a drink in order to get a water? I just got oral surgery i dont want anything besides a water this time, I frequently make purchases here? Then suggest i buy food i cant eat in order to get water? Absolutely ridiculous starbucks your policies are stupid and you're losing customers left and right. I’m done with the crappy coffee anyways

Literally the worst Starbucks ever in Sacramento . I hate coming here and the energy is always off they are always HELLA rude. I have worked at a Starbucks and it is never supposed to be this way. I came back to return a drink and she took my old drink back INSIDE STORE POLICE SAYS SO… Made ME feel akward and uncomfortable i hdnt realized i came to the wrong Starbucks .
