Awesome customer service. Our kid spilled a drink, and an employee who wasn’t even on shift had a replacement drink made and towels ready for cleanup within seconds of the spill. They also pulled up an extra chair four our family from the back when there were no extras on the floor without us saying anything.

This is not the first damn time this has happened apparently they aren't crazy about getting orders with decaf coffee because it's hard not to burn.. so again I got warm milk and chocolate in my mocha with no coffee!! tried this place a couple of times they keep doing the same damn thing I won't be back! Keep up the great work.. I guess you can afford to lose customers!

this morning I went into the jack in the box right around the corner and wanted to sit down and have breakfast and they know who I am I go in there all the time ... I guess the familiarity overtook the workers because the older woman cook and the younger counterperson woman just stood there talking in Spanish looking right at me knowing that I was waiting for them to come take my order but didn't bother to stop....until I asked them if they were going to quit Yakkity-yak-yakking and take my order? Then they threw all kinds of hot attitude at me because God forbid I broke up their conversation! Then they got my order wrong as they called it back so I corrected them and they gave me my card and kicked me out... Really this happened You can find my review for them if you want to read it It's delicious. Never going in there to see those bitches ever again. So I went to my local Starbucks and you guys are my favorite! You made me a Bacon Gouda sandwich quick you said "Welcome in!" as I came in and listened to me complain about just getting kicked out of some place because I simply wanted my breakfast and I stopped them from talking because God forbid their conversation about who was coming in at 11:00 and whether or not she's pregnant couldn't wait....YES, I SPEAK SPANISH GOOD FOR A WHITE GUY.... But I digress. Thank you for simply acknowledging me and giving me my food. I needed my breakfast I didn't need to be stared at while rudely being ignored. I told the manager on duty at the Starbucks my first mistake was simply not coming to Starbucks for my breakfast. I'm glad they didn't take my money and I didn't waste it at Jack in the Box. I do want to put in one request while I have your attention: PLEASE BRING THE BIG LONG TALL TABLE BACK! With the bar stools. Right now it seems really sterile and way too wide open.
