2 year update review: love this store, they keep it clean despite being busy. I was served my coffee, for here, in a ceramic mug. Definitely S tier. Big move by this store.

The service was terrific. We were told we could get free refills on coffee and they probably gave me 15 or 16 oz of coffee, at least I went to the 1 at 5411 Diablo road in Sacramento. And was very impressed five point o. An excellent value for the money

They rarely make a drink right here. Especially lately. There seems to be a lack of competent employees, lack of enthusiasm, and general lack of understanding the importance of doing one’s job well.
I guess good help is hard to find.

I went to Starbucks in the morning at about 6, and I went inside the store. There were no other customers in there. About 5 or 6 cars were served before they made my drink after I asked, so I needed to go through the drive-through just to get service. I was not happy with how long it took to get one Carmo Frappuccino.

I came to the Starbucks today because I have a little cold and I wanted to buy a medicine ball so I purchased the medicine ball and then I realized I didn’t give the woman a tip so I bought an egg and cheese and bacon Gouda and then on the tables, it said these tables are closed meaning that you can’t sit at the table or meaning that you can’t eat at the table, but my knee is messed up so I pulled the chair from the table away from the table so I can sit in it because it doesn’t say anything about you can’t sit in the chair oh yeah I gave her a three dollar tip. Wish I wouldn’t. I wanted my three dollar tip back because she had a line full of people And she left the cash registered to come over to me to tell me that I can’t sit at the table and I told her I’m not sitting at the table that’s why you see the chair pulled from the table and then I rolled my eyes at her and ignored her, but I wish I wouldn’t gave her a tip , she’s a short blonde chick with glasses I think she had on glasses I don’t know but anyway, Starbucks needs to give her some sensitivity training, girl you need to go do your job and leave me alone. You look silly coming over to me. My name is Londa and she spelt my name wrong too. once again yes I’m a black woman. This woman needs some sensitivity classes.

I don't drink coffee. I just walk by the store.
This coffee was so nasty that it got me sick. I never asked for cinnamon. I ordered this drink all the time here and at other Starbucks. My first encounter and very unhappy!
