I normally wouldn't write a review for fast food joints, but seeing all the undeserved negative reviews inspired me to write this one. I went in to grab a sandwich after moving into the apartment across the street. Seeing the low score made me nervous, but after entering the restaurant, I was greeted by the cleanest subway i have ever seen! The staff was friendly, and patient with my 5 complicated orders, and they were generous with all the ingredients. My brother went into the bathroom and described it as "it felt like it had never been used" because of how clean it was. I'm not sure why it has such low ratings, but my experience was totally different!

Ordered catering and received confirmation. Called to make sure. Arrived and nothing was made; could not offer discount; and had to jump through hoops for a refund. Now I’m showing up to my event late and without what I said I would bring. Not a good look.

The service is amazing and quick. Sandwiches are always ready via app within 5 min.With that being said, every time I order Jalapeños. (Which is every time) 100% of the time they always add the stem to the sandwich :(. I always find myself digging it out of my mouth. its the stem part attached to one of the slices. I catch a couple of them per sandwich :(.Besides that, produce is fresh and bread as well. All the employees very polite.

The best subway in midtown, excellent service, welcoming and main thing is that they make a perfect sandwich with proper portions.
Walked in an hour before close and greeted the team working, who was prepping and cleaning up. I asked them how they were and we chatted for a second. Zero urgency on actually taking my order though… they just continued to prep and even walked back to the prep area, talked with their team, and then went back to prepping… finally I say “are you guys closed or…?” After 3-4 minutes of just sitting there waiting. Mind you, I was the only customer in the store… They respond “no.” And I then walked out the door wanting nothing to do with the place.Thank you for making it harder on the customer who actually asks you how you are and greets you as a human being. Waste of my time after a 16 hour work day.

Disgusting! This place doesn't deserve any stars and the service is awful! The options were very limited, veggies were wilted and meat had a pearl like shimmer to them. When we made the comment about the lack of freshness the tatted sandwich maker said, "seriously". We had the same thoughts when it took at least 10 minutes for him to come out from wherever to help us. Definitely thought the "sandwich maker" may have been having a bathroom emergency. I'm just thankful it gave us time to witness all the meat and produce before ordering our sandwiches.

Not only was it the most expensive Subway I have ever purchased at $13+/ footlong, they would not take the physical paper coupons I brought in. The worker was nice and apologized about it, which is why I gave them 2 stars instead of just one. With all of the lunch options in the area, (including 2 other locations about the same distance in other directions from my place of work) I have no problem never going to this Subway again.
