Got there at 5:30pm (was going to a 6pm movie at the drive in), ordered my one footlong sandwhich and 2 cookies through the app. The app said it would be ready by 5:50pm. I walk in at 5:49 pm, two people already ordering. I see a sandwhich sitting on the counter behind already. I tell her I'm picking up an order and she says ok and continues making the current people's order. I wait as patiently as possible. In walks a door dash person to pick up an order. She tells me to wait a minute and makes 2 more sandwiches for the door dash person. Then finally she goes to start making another sandwhich and asks what I want. I tell her I'm picking up and order and give her my name. She then hands me the sandwhich already made and been sitting on the back counter for the entire 15 min I was waiting which she could have done in the middle of making the first two peoples order. It made me late to my movie, not to mention unprofessional. Need more staff members and better training.

OMG, please learn or employ English speaking citizens. Also, FYI, their lunch specials are twenty bucks now…Go down the street and get a whole plate of street tacos, rice and beans with a soda. I will never return to this no English speaking rip off subway ever again…Done and done…

You know what is worse than waiting in the long line at understaffed Subways? Waiting in the line at understaffed Subways while your hot sandwich online order sits in a pile behind the counter getting soggy rather than on the pick up rack Might have been edible when it was ready. Sadly mine was not. Really wish I didn't tip in the app because that was just extra cash tossed in the trash along with the sandwich.

Management: please have an additional staff person who understands and can communicate to an English speaking person.I was trying to ask about entering a loyalty number and she couldn't understand me. This is how you lose business. She was the only one there. I don't come here a lot but the past couple of times I have it was the same situation.There is another Subway not too far that could be taking your loss business.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are limited. Considering that avocado shouldn't be extra in my opinion.

I hate subway my husband loves there sandwiches. They usually owned and staff with India people and I don't get it why they are so unfriendly and cheap skates, you don't even want to spend your money there because I feel I am treated unfairly. Nugget makes a fabulous sandwich and it's worth it.

I ordered a BLT wrap on my app. I picked up my wrap and left back to work to eat. This by far was the most disappointing lunch I have ever had in my life. There was only 3 very tiny pieces of bacon, mostly lettuce, one slice of tomato and dripping with mayo.... the wrap wasn't even cut in half and was wrapped so it was long with lots of air space in-between the ingredients. I paid $10.00 for lettuce and mayo. When I called to speak with the manager, a little girl named Natalie was extremely rude and refused to give any employee names. Who knows if she gave me her real name. This Subway is in the business of ripping people off and employees that talk back. Never going back to that location. I've had a GREAT experience at the Bradshaw location, ill be getting my lunch from that location from now on. Thanks Natalie!!

What a fing joke, I ordered a foot long hot pastrami. There was not enough meat for half a sandwich on it. Don't waste your money here. Needs a negative star.

I ordered salad bowl. I specifically told themi don’t want jalapeño on it. But as I open and eat the jalapeño is in the salad. I ask for the chicken breast to be cut they cut it in a big piece not like how I want it. They charge me more than any other subway with just little vegetable and dressing. It looks like they don’t know what they are doing.
