You’ll be wasting your money if you get a sandwich on Wednesdays, around 1:30pm. I thought that maybe the lack of ingredients on their sandwiches was just due to it being an online order & no customer presence…so I walked in & ordered a sandwich to go, just to see if there was a difference. I was wrong. This subway just makes horrible sandwiches with barely anything on them. I paid $16 for a footling & medium drink, there was barely even any lettuce on it. The entire sandwich had four tomatoes & eight pieces of onion! I’m including pictures of only half of the sandwich bc the other half is identically pathetic. The bread was also stale. I won’t be ordering from this subway online or in person ever again.

8/26/24 ⚠️ don’t eat the free cookies
I walked into this subway at 1:33pm and the older woman was ok she just doesn’t speak English well , the other lady doesn’t listen she is rude mean mug face on. I had to repeat my order three times. She was angry before I walked in. I’m not sure if she treats people like this daily but I won’t be back to this subway ever again to find out.
The subway on Howe Avenue next to Ross and Marshall’s they will Value you smile consistently .
The guy there at 4:45pm was absolutely ridiculous. Took forever to finish a mobile order and ignored the in person customers at the counter and proceeded to grab 3 more sandwiches for another mobile order while still ignoring the in person customers. Normally I wouldn't care about those being completed first but he was being deliberately slow and this isn't the first time I've seen people walk out because of him and his fraudulent incompetence. The owner needs to check him. Much rather go to the one by country club lanes. Their employees know how to have a little haste.

I live much closer to the Subway near Country Club bowling but I drive all the way over to the Subway at 4120 El Camino Ave because that location makes better sandwiches and because it has a better atmosphere in general. That's because of an employee named Dante. He always has a smile on his face and is friendly. That makes the customers experience so much better that it's worth the drive.

Came here 2weeks ago waited to be help 10 mons while she put away orders then she try charging me more cause she did not know how use coupons and I use it everytime I came here she did not k ow what she was doing so black guy had to come help her then tried to charge me for heating up my sandwich when I never knew they changed for that they need to put a sign up I never want her to wait on ne again she need to be trained and know how use coupons put in

Absolutely love it
I wanted to start off by saying the lady that’s behind the counter is sooo nice, she’s kinda short i think her name is kenia i’m not sure but she never fails to make anybody smile, she has great costumer service as well as the other employees but she just really stood out to me, she does everything perfectly and she’s really good with costumers

Was helped by a young lady I think named Sarah. I always get the same thing and told them that I needed help breaking the cycle. She offered me her favorites and was really enthusiastic and sincere. Something that's rare to come across anymore. The place was super clean too. Whoever cleans the windows there does a great job. Definitely going out of my way to go back to that store. Oh yeah, the sub she recommended was the best sub I've had at Subway. Can't wait to try her other recommendation.
