Went to this subway and Ritu gave me and my boyfriend the best customer service. The inside of the store was nice and clean, and Ritu made the best sandwich from Subway I had in a while!! Will come back again to this location.

Today we stopped by this café again — we come here quite often because we truly love their sandwiches. Previously, the only thing that sometimes disappointed us was that the staff wasn’t always very friendly, and at times it even made me hesitate to come in.
But today everything changed. We met Ritu . She was so warm, kind, and genuinely welcoming that it lifted my mood for the entire day. We happily had breakfast here with our kids and then went on with our day in a great mood.
It’s amazing how much of a difference it makes when someone truly loves their job and does it with heart — you can feel it immediately, and it transfers to the guests.
I’d also like to kindly ask everyone who visits this café to be just as friendly to the staff. They have a direct impact on our mood and the overall atmosphere of the place. Please respond with warmth, so that this wonderful positive energy that makes this café so pleasant isn’t lost.

Quality and service has went downhill at this particular location. I placed an online order for a ham and turkey salad. In the past the salads always came chopped. I was disappointed when I got home to find out the ingredients were thrown in the container and were not chopped. The vegetables were whole and the meat was still in slices laid on top!

The worker is so lazy and un bothered paying no attention while speaking on the phone on his air pods… Don’t the job if you’re gonna do such a half assed job….
Wrost experience ever.. i am a vegetarian and she didn't change her gloves after preparing non vegetarian food.. while i was alone and instead of taking my order she was preparing doordash order and i waited for over 15 minutes..

Hate to leave bad reviews but I was lied to twice INCLUDING BY THE OWNER, and reading comments I'm not the first.
Long story short I ordered online, when I picked up the sandwich it felt light, I asked if they did “DOUBLE MEAT” the guy said yes. I thought okay I did get flat bread maybe that's why. When I got to the car I checked and there was only 3 slices.
I went back inside and politely asked if they can check my sandwich (owner appeared now) didn't even open it and said he made it and its DOUBLE MEAT. He claimed double meat is 4 slices per 6 inch.
I said okay maybe I'm crazy, but luckily I have a kitchen scale at home. When I looked it up for a normal roast beef sandwich you’re supposed to get 2.5 ounces per 6 inch which is roughly 8 slices! I was in complete disbelief when the scales showed 1.7 ounces WHICH IS EVEN LESS THAN NORMAL… turns out I paid extra for… EXTRA LESS!🙄
On top of all this, they forgot the lettuce and banana peppers.
Extremely disappointing experience. The owner is a con man.

The lettuce is turning 1ft long hardly any veggies they actually count how many and how much 7 pieces of bell peppers same with all condiments you ask for a little more that might be 6 pieces and when you ask they allways look at the office or owner worst subway ever have given them several chances 8 to be exact you will get saminella from the rotting lettuce
