I am not normally the type to write a review, but this Subway presented me with a truly awful experience in regards to testing ones patience. As soon as I walked in, it took between 15-20 minutes for the lady up front to even acknowledge my order. Yes, there was a guy ahead and another online order, but considering I came in at 1 o'clock, at the tale end of a lunch rush, I expected a little more pep in one's step, or the much simpler idea of HIRING ANOTHER PERSON. One person doing everything up front is just not working out for this place. All in all, it took me 30 minutes for me to sit down with my sandwich. Taste wise, it was good. I mean, it's Subway. And the store was nice and clean. But at any other Subway, I would be done and going home by the 25-minute mark. That wait is unacceptable

The service was great, very nice people, food was mostly great. The reason isThey charge a bit extra for avocado, which is fine. They cut an avocado that was rottening. I noticed it at the end before they closed the sandwich. I came home and opened the sandwich and half of avocado pieces was black/rotten which I needed to toss out. I was upset because the woman saw it rotten but still placed it inside and squishing it so I couldn't see. That was my major disappointment. The food overall excluding that was amazing and customer service was nice. Just wish they were more considerate about rotten food, especially when workers see it bad.

Well this place isn't too bad. Service can sometimes be a bit down but the food you get is pretty good. The place just got a new look and it looks pretty good! I would come here for lunch! I recommend turkey and cheese on italian!

This location is consistently understaffed and offers a very unclean dining environment. On top of that they no longer accept SUBWAY® corporate coupons. Avoid this place if you can.

Ordered through Door Dash. Bread was incorrect and what they substituted it with was old and hard bread. Tryed calling the restaurant and they won't pickup and they have no voicemail option. Unprofessional, unsatisfactory.

The sandwiches are mediocre, I stay across the street from this Subway and I get Subway coupons all of the time. ANY establishment that sends me coupons then refuses to honor them I will refuse to eat at. Thankfully Subway is the only restaurant I know to refuse their own coupons.
I genuinely didn't like how I was told today to wait to order my food as am already in the subway, while she makes all the online orders that nobody was there for to pick up & it was to many orders she asked me to wait for which wasn't right. If a customer walks in they should be serviced before online orders not saying don't do it but most definitely don't make someone wait extremely long just to place an order & then wait longer to receive it.

Was there after finding out the toaster was out of service at the Subway at Watt and Winona. One girl was putting the other two guys at the other Subway to shame. There were others who came there after leaving the Watt and Winona store too.
