Absolutely worse experience ever… Ryan an Asian had the worse customer service and was completely unhelpful… I asked Sam the Arabian guy, who’s the manager and he told me I don’t know and swore at me in Arabic as if I didn’t understand. All bc the I called in and ask for Otoro and they kept telling me they didn’t have but the friendly third guy (an Asian) dude was completely embarrassed by their behavior proceeded to try to help me and pulled some out the back for me. Super disrespectful and not a way to treat people
