I've shopped with these guys for years + followed them to 3 locations. I mostly go for the live Dungeness crabs but have bought shrimp, scallops + fish too. Another favorite is soft shell crabs (frozen). They're the only place I know that carries them in Sactown.

I can't believe I've never visited Sunh Fish for all my seafood needs! I came by the day before Thanksgiving to see if they had any oysters. Oh, boy! Did they have oysters! There were about 3-4 different varieties, and the two that I really wanted were the Kusshi and Kumamoto oysters. The next day, they were fresh and simply delicious with a simple mignonette.The only downside during my visit was one of the employees who was helping me with my seafood rudely raised his voice at an older gentleman who was waiting by the cash register. It was clear that he was slightly confused by the ordering setup, but the employee just kept saying "hi, hey! Can I help you? What do you need? You need to move. This is for customers to pay. You need to move." I just felt bad for the gentleman, and I think a gentle reminder of how the ordering process works would've sufficed.Other than that, the woman at the register was very kind and friendly.
