During my past visit(s), I would ask for extra dressing at the time my order is ready to no issues. This is because I haven’t found a way to add extra dressings through the kiosk. Today, however, I was asked to pay for extra dressings. I’m a little caught off guard because it is the first time I’m asked to pay for extra dressings. Has this always been the case? They messed up my order once but was really professional about it and fixed it for me. I been eating here a lot and it always has been a good experience. Super fast and healthy too
Shroomami salad was amazing with the miso ginger dressing...def one of the best salads I ever had. Employees smiling and helpful!! Great service!

The staff are friendly and welcoming, helping guests figure out what to order and giving suggestions without making them feel rushed. Guests can create their own salad or a custom bowl, and the chicken is cooked to perfection every time, with everything tasting super fresh. The dressings stand out too, with multiple options that even picky guests enjoy. The Korean BBQ bowl offers the concept of the healthy clean bowl. For those watching hidden calories and increasing protein, the order can be customized to remove hidden unhealthy fats and calories, and there are even protein plates. The order ahead option is great and very fast, with the order ready within 5 minutes. One guest wishes the 1 portion of protein was a little bigger, as the 1 serving seemed really small. Another guest was asked to pay for extra dressings for the first time, and was charged for a side of tortilla instead. Still, the experience has always been a good one, super fast and healthy too, and one messed up order was fixed in a really professional way.
