Came in around lunch time right before a crowd came in. Place was clean but surprisingly cold. I’m sure it’s great in the summerOrdered 4 drinks for my kids and they loved that they could use the kiosk to order. Drinks were out fast and they all loved the drinks. My 15 year old even said “this may be some of the best taro I’ve had” which is huge because we’ve tried many other spots.Popcorn chicken (thought it was plain but surprised it was basil) took about 15 mins but it was hot and crispy. Took it to go for the husband and I and our girls wanted to try it. They ended up lovin it. We’ll definitely be back if we are ever in the area again.

This place never has anything fresh. Their milk is always expired, you can taste it in the drinks. Same with the tea. Something is always off. Everytime my family & I get something from here we always end up getting so sick. You can tell how messy there area is where they make their drinks. I don’t think this place deserves to be open. They are good at getting people sick.

LOVE T4! We've been customers of T4 since they opened the location on Auburn Blvd. Their drinks are always perfect, and customizable. No additional cup gimmicks or annoying "extras" that cost more and make less tasty drink. Perfect. Every. Time! We've been to T4 hundreds of times and since moving further away, we even make it a possible reward drink-treat our son can earn! Note to sensitivities/ND: It can be a little loud, and a lot of over decoration on the walls can be overstimulating to some.

I ordered a Vietnamese Milk coffee 80% sweet. When I received the coffee, it was off and slightly bitter tasting and noticeably different as I have ordered the same exact drink other times. I only took 2 sips and took it to the cashier to ask for a remake. Cashier took entire full drink back and still charged me again for my second drink. :(

Food poisoning! Me and my bf ordered popcorn chicken and drinks here Monday. It's now Friday and we've had food poisoning the whole week and it's only gotten worse. The 1st time I tried the chicken it tasted like shrimp and tasted bitter/raw. Then We gave it another try a year later just to get sick. The box of popcorn chicken is an okay size and we split it how can we get this sick for so long after only having a small portion each? We've never had a problem with the drinks but the food obviously never improved.

I don't write bad reviews, but this one I got to say, first, you charged for no ice. Why? I'm not getting the ice, so I shouldn't be charged for it. Second, you charged extra for up sized? Are you serious? Who's doing the pricing because you are asking for troubles with customers. You want to charge extra get rid off, ice fee, and up size fee.Total it up. If you're reading this as a customer, if you're being charged for ice, ask for an extra cup and ice in it. Since you're paying for it, you might as well get it.I'm feel apoplectic about those stupid fees. You just lost me as a customer. Farewell, T4 4 U.

Man it's been a while since we've stopped by but has this place gone downhill? We've always loved their fried calamari and popcorn chicken but today, we didn't even finish it. When I opened the calamari I was appalled. I've never seen it look like this. It looks like half an order. The flavor was also off. The chicken was just a normal amount. I remember the box not being able to close before. There was no Basil in there. Why are they sprinkling that on top of the fried stuff when that's not how it's supposed to be made or advertised? What a waste of time and money. Even with the amount of calamari being so little we didn't even finish it. The chicken texture was soft and the breading got soggy quick. Wondering what happened to this place. I loved their food so much, now I don't really have a reason to come here anymore. Save your money, definitely never buy the calamari if this is what you get.

It's fine, but when you order from the kiosk, they add a tip that you aren't allowed to deny. Getting a drink to go means they aren't doing any service that warrants a tip. We also had a drink that had 4x the amount of boba (over $2 worth of extra) and weren't given that. They just put the normal amount. So forced to tip and we didn't get the extra that we paid for. The other T4's we've been to haven't been this way so this location was disappointing.
